Character Points

    The first step in creating a character. Character points are what allow you to "buy" you starting stats. Below are the three provided and primary ways of determining your starting points.

Method 1: Random

    Roll 9d10 and total them up. The total is your starting amount of points.

Method 2: Fast

    Roll 1d10 9 times (one for each stat). Reroll any 2 or less. Places the result of each roll in the desired stat.

Method 3: Cinematic

    Generally is used for referees only. The ref chooses the number of points each character has based on their relative position within the game.

Major Hero: 80 points
Minor Hero: 75 points
Major Supporting Character: 70 points
Minor Supporting Character: 65 points
Average: 50 points

Buying Stats

    Once you know how many point you have to spend, start buying you 9 basic stats. Set the value to what you think best matches your characters abilities. No stat can be less than 2, and no stat can be greater than 10.

    Quick Math: Each stat must be at minimum 2. This means 18 points are already spent at the start of character creation!
